How It Works / FAQ

Many of our clients are unsure of how the credit repair process works. Our goal is to ensure that you have the information necessary to make an informed decision regarding your credit restoration. To that end, we’ve compiled the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions we receive.

Q: How do I start the credit restoration process?

A: The first step is to contact us and schedule a consultation with one of our expert credit repair consultants to determine the best path forward for your specific situation. Based on the results of that consultation, we can provide credit restoration services tailored to fit your needs and goals. Use our contact page or call us at 214-810-2733.

Q: How much does credit repair cost?

A: Our pricing varies by situation. No two clients are the same. As part of our initial consultation, we will determine precisely which credit repair services are necessary and the price will reflect those.

Q: How long does it take to see results on my credit report or to raise my credit score?

A: The timeline varies from consumer to consumer based on the number of line items that require attention. We will inform you of the duration during the consultation and it will be specified in the contract.

Q: What should I do if a collections agency calls me?

A: We recommend that you inform the agency that you only wish to be contacted by mail. This ensures that all communication is in writing. Forward any such correspondence to us so that we can continue to act on your behalf.

Q: Do you offer any type of guarantee?

A: Yes, we offer a reasonable satisfaction guarantee on our services.  We fix personal information, remove invalid accounts, and more on your behalf. While are not perfect, we do ac much as possible to fix your credit. We want you to be happy and have great credit.

Q: What factors may affect my results?

A: A wide range of factors can affect the results you see. These can include moving to a new residence, failing to forward correspondence from creditors/lenders/collections agencies, or communication from credit bureaus, and more. If you have questions, your personal consultant will be happy to answer questions.

Q: It has been longer than 45 days and I have not received any information from the credit bureaus. Is there a problem?

A: The law requires that the credit bureaus complete their investigations within 45 days, but it may take more time for you to hear from them. Remember that it takes time to compile information, package it, and mail it to you. In some cases, it may take up to 60 days to receive your updated credit reports.

Q: I’ve received a letter stating that a disputed account is valid, but I know that it is not. What should I do?

A: This is a common stall tactic. If you feel that the account is not valid, the bureau must investigate it under the law. Forward any such information to us and we will go to bat for you. Remember – you have the right to dispute any item that you believe is inaccurate.
